Up one level (GNU Radio and USRP)

Use USRP 1 as non-root user

Make a file /etc/udev/rules.d/99-usrp.rules with this content: 
SUBSYSTEMS=="usb", ATTRS{idVendor}=="fffe", ATTRS{idProduct}=="0002", MODE:="0666"
Then run: 
sudo udevadm control --reload-rules
or reconnect the USRP.
